Kansas Legislative Research Department has completed its summaries of the 2012 session of the Kansas Legislature.

The documents are available at Reports and Publications. The publications include these:

2012 Preliminary Summary of Legislation March 30, 2012. This document contains summaries — rather detailed, actually — of selected bills through the publication date. Two supplements follow.

2012 Preliminary Summary of Legislation — Supplement April 4, 2012

2012 Preliminary Summary of Legislation — Supplement II June 6, 2012

There is also a shorter highlights document, 2012 Legislative Highlights.
